Unleashing Refugee Potential C.I.C. exists to help refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants turn their skills, experience and ambitions into meaningful opportunities.
We work alongside people as they navigate education, employment, digital services and community life. Our purpose is not simply to provide short-term assistance, but to help remove barriers, strengthen confidence and create pathways towards independence, participation and long-term opportunity.

Our mission is to work alongside refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants to identify their goals, navigate complex systems and access opportunities in education, employment and community life.
We combine lived experience, community knowledge, professional expertise and partnership working to:

Each person’s journey is different. URP provides practical, respectful and informed support that starts with the individual and connects their potential with the right opportunities.
